We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The book must be unused and in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@namora.store with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we'll provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
